Dr. Williams holds a Ph.D. in industrial psychology from The Union Institute and University, a MS in applied social psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University, a MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, and a BSIM from Purdue University. He is a member of the American Psychological Association and The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
